Welcome to 4R7e Studio (“4R7e”, “we”, “our”, or “the Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to the following terms & conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers.

I. The Platform

4R7e Studio provides tools that allow users to generate, edit, and iterate on digital assets (e.g., images, videos) using generative artificial intelligence technologies. The Platform is intended for serious creators, artists, and professionals who wish to explore and experiment with generative workflows.

4R7e Studio provides tools and infrastructure only. Users are fully responsible for how they use the Platform and for any content they generate or distribute.

4R7e Studio is operated from Mexico. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree that these Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico and that any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Jalisco, Mexico. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

II. Alpha/Beta Status & Experimental Nature

4R7e Studio is currently in an early-stage development phase (i.e., alpha & beta stages).

By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • The Platform is not stable

  • Features are not guaranteed as they may change, break, or disappear

  • The system may contain bugs, errors, or unexpected behavior

  • Updates may introduce non-backward compatible changes

  • Workflows, data, generations, or other user data may be lost

The Platform is provided for experimentation and early testing, and no guarantees are made regarding reliability, availability, or data preservation.

III. Changes to Features, Pricing, and Services

Because the Platform is evolving rapidly:

  • Features may be added, modified, or removed at any time

  • Pricing and credit structures may change without notice

  • Plans, subscriptions, and usage models may be updated or replaced

We reserve the right to modify the Platform as needed to improve the system and its capabilities.

IV. User Responsibility for Generated Content

Users are solely responsible for:

  • Prompts entered into the system

  • Content generated using the Platform

  • Distribution, publication, or use of generated images

  • Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

4R7e does not claim responsibility or liability for any content generated by users. The Platform is a tool. The user controls how it is used.

V. AI Generation and Output Disclaimer

4R7e Studio provides tools that generate content using artificial intelligence models. Generated outputs may be unpredictable and may reflect patterns present in training data or user prompts.

4R7e does not review, endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, legality, originality, or appropriateness of any generated content.

Users are solely responsible for:

  • The prompts they submit

  • The content generated through the Platform

  • Any use, publication, or distribution of generated images

4R7e shall not be held responsible for any consequences arising from the creation, use, or dissemination of AI-generated content produced through the Platform.

VI. Content Guidelines

Users must not use the Platform for activities that violate applicable laws or that intentionally cause harm.

While the Platform may allow a wide range of creative expression, prohibited uses include:

  • Illegal content

  • Non-consensual or exploitative imagery

  • Content involving minors in sexual or exploitative contexts

  • Harassment or targeted abuse

  • Fraudulent or deceptive use of generated content

  • Violations of intellectual property rights

Violation of these guidelines may result in:

  • Content removal

  • Account suspension

  • Account termination

VII. Creative Expression & Content Responsibility

4R7e Studio is designed as a tool for artistic exploration and professional creative work. Because generative tools enable a wide range of expression, some generated content may be explicit, controversial, offensive, or provocative.

While 4R7e may implement moderation mechanisms and reporting systems, users are responsible for the content they generate and share. Users acknowledge that:

  • Such content may appear within the Platform

  • 4R7e does not pre-screen every generation

  • Moderation operates on a best-effort basis

We encourage users to report inappropriate content so it can be reviewed and addressed. 4R7e will make reasonable efforts to review and address reported content but cannot guarantee pre-moderation of all generated outputs.

VIII. Moderation and Enforcement

4R7e reserves the right to:

  • Remove or block content

  • Restrict access to features

  • Suspend or terminate accounts

  • Investigate reported misuse

Moderation decisions are made at our discretion in order to maintain a safe and responsible creative environment.

IX. Credits, Subscriptions, and Payments

The Platform uses a credit-based system for compute usage. Important conditions:

  • Credits represent usage of computational resources

  • Credits are non-refundable

  • Unused credits do not guarantee future service availability

  • Credits may expire or be adjusted if pricing models change

  • Top-ups and subscription credits are not redeemable for cash

Users are responsible for monitoring their usage.

X. Founder Packs and Promotional Credits

Promotional credits, founder packs, or special offers:

  • Are one-time incentives

  • May be modified or discontinued

  • Are not refundable

  • Do not represent ownership or equity in the platform

These programs exist to support early experimentation and development.

XI. Service Availability

We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous service

  • Specific generation speeds

  • Availability of particular models or engines

  • Long-term storage of user data

The Platform may experience interruptions due to maintenance, updates, or infrastructure limitations.

XII. Intellectual Property

Users retain rights to the content they generate, subject to applicable laws and platform policies. By using the Platform, users grant 4R7e the right to:

  • Store generations

  • Process data necessary to operate the service

  • Display content within the platform when appropriate (e.g., public galleries)

Users are responsible for ensuring that any prompts, images, references, or other materials submitted to the Platform do not violate intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other applicable laws. By submitting content to 4R7e Studio, users represent and warrant that they have the necessary rights or permissions to use such materials.

4R7e does not guarantee that generated content will be free from similarities to existing works. Because AI-generated outputs are produced algorithmically, outputs may resemble existing copyrighted materials.

Users assume full responsibility for evaluating whether generated content can be legally used in their intended context.

XIII. Platform Abuse and Resource Misuse

4R7e Studio provides computational resources for creative experimentation. Users may not use the Platform in ways that intentionally exploit or disrupt system resources.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Automated scraping or bot-based usage

  • Circumventing credit usage mechanisms

  • Attempting to reverse engineer the Platform

  • Running automated systems designed to exhaust compute resources

  • Interfering with normal operation of the Platform

4R7e reserves the right to monitor usage patterns and restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that exhibit abusive or disruptive behavior.

XIV. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 4R7e is not liable for:

  • Generated content

  • Loss of data

  • Platform interruptions

  • Damages arising from use of generated images

  • Misuse of the Platform by users

Use of the Platform is at the user’s own risk.

XV. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these terms

  • Abuse the platform

  • Create legal or security risks

Users may also stop using the Platform at any time.

XVI. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Platform, you confirm that:

  • You have read these Terms and Conditions

  • You understand the experimental nature of the Platform

  • You accept the risks and responsibilities associated with its use

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these terms.
