4R7e Studio is designed for artists, creators, and professionals exploring generative AI workflows. The Platform encourages experimentation and creative freedom, but users must use it responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws.
By using 4R7e Studio, you agree to follow the guidelines below.
I. Principle of Responsible Creation
4R7e Studio provides tools that enable users to generate digital assets (e.g., image, video) using artificial intelligence. Users are fully responsible for:
Prompts they submit
Content they generate
Content they share or distribute
Compliance with laws and regulations in their jurisdiction
4R7e provides the technology infrastructure but does not control or endorse individual generations.
II. Prohibited Content and Activities
The following uses of the Platform are strictly prohibited.
Illegal Content — Users may not generate or distribute content that:
Violates applicable laws
Promotes criminal activity
Facilitates illegal acts
Infringes intellectual property rights
Exploitative or Harmful Content — The Platform may not be used to generate:
Sexual content involving minors
Non-consensual sexual imagery
Exploitative or abusive imagery
Content involving real-world violence intended to harm or threaten others
Harassment and Abuse — Users may not use the Platform to generate content intended to:
Harass or threaten individuals
Promote targeted harassment
Encourage harm toward specific people or groups
Fraud and Deception — Users may not use generated content to:
Impersonate individuals
Create deceptive or fraudulent materials
Mislead others about the origin of content
III. Explicit or Controversial Content
4R7e Studio allows broad creative experimentation, and generated content may include themes that some users consider controversial, provocative, or explicit. Because the Platform enables open creative generation:
Some content may be adult-oriented or sensitive
Not all content is pre-moderated
Moderation operates on a best-effort basis
Users should exercise judgment and responsibility when generating and sharing such content.
IV. Reporting Inappropriate Content
If you encounter content that violates this policy, you are encouraged to report it. Reported content may be reviewed and may result in:
Content removal
Account warnings
Account suspension
Account termination
4R7e reserves the right to make moderation decisions at its discretion.
V. Platform Abuse and Resource Misuse
The Platform relies on shared computational resources. Users may not:
Attempt to bypass credit usage mechanisms
Use automated bots to exploit the system
Attempt to overload or disrupt platform infrastructure
Reverse engineer or probe system vulnerabilities
Use the Platform for mass automation unrelated to creative workflows
Accounts that abuse computational resources may be restricted or suspended.
VI. Intellectual Property Responsibility
Users are responsible for ensuring that prompts, digital assets, and reference materials do not violate copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
Because AI-generated outputs are produced algorithmically, outputs may resemble existing works. 4R7e does not guarantee that generated outputs are free from copyright or legal restrictions.
Users must evaluate whether generated content is appropriate for their intended use.
VII. Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in:
Removal of generated content
Suspension of platform privileges
Termination of user accounts
Restriction of access to features
